Taking a break is an inevitable part of everyone’s life. It is necessary for some mindspace refreshment, and to refresh the past memories. There is a famous saying that goes,”DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT”. This is a term that is usually brushed aside. People are on the run to work and hustle ceaselessly. The continuous bustle of the modern life halts the possibilities of taking a break and being vulnerable. Pushing yourself way too much and even past your limits can always be tiring for your body and mind.

There can be times when you feel burnt out and you can’t find that creative energetic spark inside you. It’s your cue to say “I’ve had enough; I need a bit of a break.” This can be the ultimate time to take some time off and be YOU. This is the time that you make for yourself to breathe. It's only then that you realize how much pressure you have been carrying on your head. The perfect perspective behind everything starts to become visible once you think clearly. Take some time to enjoy where you are than being so focused on where your headed.

There are ample ways by which you can do this. You can start off by scheduling a day just to relax! Also you can include things into your day-to-day regimen that allow you to have a break.

Another easy way to do this can be by shutting down all electronic distractions. When you unplug yourself from the outside world, you harvest some time to reflect and focus on yourself. Multiple studies have found a strong link between heavy social media and an increased risk for depression, anxiety, loneliness and even suicidal thoughts. It points out how important it is to cut off the influence of the internet once in a while.

A MINI VACATION can be a great way to take a break. It can help you restore and clear and relax your mind. A good time with your loved ones can also help in fixing your emotional and mental health.

You can even give a try to adventures. There may have been things that you have always wanted to do but pushed aside because you were scared or too tired. Overcoming fears is an easy way of being vulnerable. Learning something new can also help you refresh your mind and body. It can probably open new doors and easily increase your adaptability. Train your brain to handle a wide range of challenges. This can keep your neural pathways active and open up a world of opportunities.

And finally, take a break once in a while. If you don’t do that your body may take one for you. YOU deserve a break and you should always encourage you to take care of yourself.
